Dermal Fillers

Injectable fillers for volume and contour. Common areas include the lips, under-eye area, cheeks, jawline and chin.

Facial Balancing — volume and contour in proportion — never more than the face asks for.

What Amy offers

What they are

Dermal fillers are injectable hyaluronic-acid gels placed beneath the skin to add volume or refine contour in a specific area. Hyaluronic acid occurs naturally in skin, where it helps hold hydration. As a filler, it lends structure and subtle volume. Common treatment areas include the lips, under-eye area, cheeks, jawline and chin.

Placed in proportion

Good filler work reads as proportion, not product. Amy maps each face — where volume sits, where it has thinned, how the features balance — and places only what the plan calls for. The aim is a face that still looks like you.

Personalized, with Amy

Every plan is individually mapped out. Amy Palacios, FNP, plans and performs each treatment herself at her Harrisburg medspa in the greater Charlotte area.

Lips, styled

Lip filler is not one look. The style guide below names a few of the shapes clients ask for, from the soft central emphasis of a Cupid to the full, even balance of a Classic. Which shape suits your face, and whether lips are the right place to start, begins with a conversation.

After weight loss

Weight loss changes faces, too. Losing volume, including on a GLP-1 journey, can leave lines and folds more visible. If that’s part of your story, bring it to a consultation: filler is one of the tools Amy weighs when deciding what, if anything, to place. Amy also offers medically supervised weight-loss programs.

Have questions?

Which filler products does Amy offer?

Evolysse Smooth and Evolysse Form from Evolus, and the Revanesse family (Versa+ and Lips+) from Prollenium. Which product is used in your plan is decided between you and Amy.

What's the difference between Evolysse and Revanesse?

Formulation and fit, mostly. Evolysse is a hyaluronic-acid gel made with cold-temperature processing designed to preserve the HA molecule: Smooth softens lines, Form is designed to lift and support. Revanesse is a hyaluronic-acid family formulated with lidocaine: Versa+ for facial lines and folds, Lips+ for lip augmentation. Amy matches product to anatomy in consultation.

How long do fillers last?

It varies by product, placement, and person. Evolysse is labeled for results lasting up to a year. How long it holds varies person to person. Amy talks through realistic timelines in consultation.

Does filler hurt?

Both product families Amy carries are formulated with lidocaine, an anesthetic built into the gel for comfort. Also, Amy applies additional topical lidocaine to minimize any discomfort. What treatment feels like still varies person to person. Amy walks through what to expect at your appointment.

What are the lip styles?

The style guide on this page names six: Cupid, Hollywood, Classic, Pearlique, Supermodel, and Goddess (different balances of upper and lower lip). A style is a starting point, not a promise: which shape suits your face is decided with Amy in consultation.

Do I need a consultation before booking?

No. A consultation is never required, and one is free on request. If you are weighing options, ask when you book (opens in new tab) or call.

Who performs the treatment?
