Body Contouring
Evolve, a non-invasive, device-based treatment that uses two kinds of energy: radiofrequency for the skin, and muscle stimulation for the muscle beneath it.
Two kinds of energy, no needles. Planned as a course, not a single visit.
What Amy offers
-
Evolve — Course of Six
Planned across visitsEvolve planned as a course of six sessions rather than booked one visit at a time. Whether a course or a single session suits you is decided with Amy.
- $1,500 for a course of six sessions
-
Evolve — Single Session
One visitOne session of Evolve on a single area: radiofrequency for the skin, electrical muscle stimulation for the muscle beneath it. Roughly 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the area.
- $275 per single session
What it is
Body contouring here means one thing: Evolve, a non-invasive treatment delivered by a device rather than a needle. Amy lists it on her menu exactly as it works: tighten and tone.
Nothing is injected and nothing is cut. Hands-free applicators are placed on the area and held in position while you lie still; the device works through the surface of the skin.
Two kinds of energy
Evolve applies two different energies, which is why the service is named for two things rather than one:
- Radiofrequency: the applicators deliver uniform heating to the skin and the layer beneath it.
- Electrical muscle stimulation (EMS): pulses prompt involuntary contractions in the muscle group under the applicator.
One is aimed at the skin. The other is aimed at the muscle underneath it. Which of the two matters more for you, or whether Evolve is the right route at all, is a conversation with Amy, not a decision made from a price list.
What a session is like
You lie down, and the applicators are strapped into position over the area. From there it’s hands-free: nothing is being held against you, and Amy sets the level with you before it starts.
The radiofrequency reads as warmth. The muscle stimulation reads as tightening: the muscle contracts and releases on its own. A session runs roughly 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the area.
Where it’s used
The applicators are sized for the larger areas of the body: the abdomen, flanks, thighs, arms, and buttocks. Which area is right for you, and whether this treatment fits your goals at all, is settled in a conversation with Amy before anything begins.
Two ways to book it
Evolve is priced two ways: a single session, or a course of six. Amy walks through both structures honestly, including what she would not recommend, and neither one is the default.

Have questions?
What does an Evolve session feel like?
Two sensations. The radiofrequency applicators feel warm against the skin. The muscle-stimulation applicators produce contractions underneath: the muscle tightens and releases on its own, without you doing anything. Amy sets the level of intensity with you before it starts.
How long does a session take?
Roughly 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the area. Amy confirms the length for your plan before anything is scheduled.
Where on the body can Evolve be used?
The applicators are placed on areas including the abdomen, flanks, thighs, arms, and buttocks. Which area, and whether Evolve suits your goals at all, is decided with Amy in a consultation.
Are there needles involved?
No. Evolve is non-invasive: nothing is injected and nothing is cut. The applicators sit on the surface of the skin and are held in position while you lie still.
Can I book Evolve directly?
Yes! This line starts with a consultation, free as always, so the area and the plan can be settled before anything starts. Feel free to book (opens in new tab) now!
